System Preferences says that Bluetooth is maintaining the connection properly, so I am ruling that out as an issue. Sometimes I can just magically wave my fingers over the front of the mouse. It seems to me that this is a prevalent issue with the Mighty Mouse. Change the value for "Button3" to "2".
