If the Bluetooth status doesn’t change, disconnect all USB devices and restart your Mac again. Magic Mouse 2 Not Connecting There will be a slight delay whilst the pairing completes (a few seconds) The keyboard will now be Paired. Thank you in advance.

Reset Magic Mouse If you do not do this, it will be arbitrary which Mac makes a connection at the next attempt (although the support doc actually say that it is my experience). Your Apple mouse should now be working again. You could try seeing if it can see any other Bluetooth devices (mobile phone perhaps?). Every other keys are fine. his comment is here Choose your language.

Repeat step one, then from the Bluetooth menu, choose Debug > Reset the Bluetooth Module Reboot your Mac, then setup your keyboard and/or mouse as normal. Last year had to reglue the metal strip on the on-off slider (thanks to another helpful forum entry) to get this stupid device to turn on. So dig out an old mouse with a USB connection (or borrow one from a friend) and connect it to your Mac. I'd tried everything else (PRAM resets, removing my Bluetooth.plist files etc). Mouse over your keyboard in the list of devices, and click on the “X” on the right side of the entry. As stated above, this is for when you have problems pairing, specifically with a Mac. If someone who uses a mechanical keyboard uses an Apple keyboard, they'll be super impressed by the low amount of noise.
