I also admitted that I had left my macbook in my car overnight and condensation had most likely formed inside causing the connection to rust out a bit. Never noticed this sofar, but now the green lite is not liting. Any help would be appreciated. Under continued use the cable may discolor and the rubber molding may become deformed. I find it better to leave the lid closed and do something else / sleep until fully charged.
