Helpful +10 Report eddie Apr 5, 2010 07:55AM every time when you are about to play the game press on the box where thhe game is once u have pressed on The computer help online provided solutions (ugh) that were extensive and complicated that I did not have any faith in implementing any of them. How do I set it back so that it scrolls a bit whilst I press the key? On most keyboards, it is located in the Control Keys section of the keyboard, above the arrow keys or to the right of the function keys. check over here

If I reboot, and use the computer as normally as possible, I may notice the arrow keys not working anywhere from a few hours to a few days after rebooting. The caret browsing mode you mentioned that causes this, does it make anywhere you click on a webpage bring up a text cursor like you're editing a field? for a while I had no problems, but suddenly, and seemingly without warning, the window key+arrows shortcuts for maximizing and moving windows has stopped working. No idea why, but as suggested somewhere above, I'd start at F1 and go to the end (F12) one at a time and see if that does the trick. Well, I don't know how to un-chose a solution, but updating drivers didn't work. Up And Down Arrow Keys Not Working Windows 8 Why has the function of my up & down arrow keys changed? If after a few days I still have use of my arrow keys, then I guess deleting the drivers may have worked.
